A Celestial Celebration!

The April 8 total solar eclipse brought people across the country outside during the day to view the rare occurrence, when the moon passes between the sun and earth and leaves us in darkness for a short time during the day. Brewster elementary and intermediate school students viewed the eclipse at school, while middle and high school students were dismissed early with a pair of glasses to use at home or at afterschool activities.
