This time, the Mahopac High School football team was on the other end of a rivalry game.

The right end, as far as the Wolf Pac is concerned.

Mahopac bounced back from its loss to Carmel with a 14-7 victory over Brewster. Quarterback Ethan Dedvukaj threw 9-of-12 passes for 104 yards. He also scored a rushing touchdown. Teammate Jack Egan ran for 98 yards and a score.

Mikey Subin scored the Bears’ only touchdown on a 14-yard run.

Haldane 2, Croton-Harmon 0, forfeit – It goes in the books as a victory for the Blue Devils, as the Tigers had to temporarily disband its program when it couldn’t meet the New York State requirement for minimum number of players on the roster.

The same thing happened to Haldane earlier this year, and the Devils suffered a 2-0 forfeited loss to Tuckahoe.

Carmel 20, Yorktown 17 – Don’t look now, but the Rams are 2-1 and looking for a playoff berth.
